In the training session, click on “Post New Message” link and type new message and save within 2 minutes of being prompted by lesson quiz. |
An online lesson quiz will prompt student to find and click appropriate link and add and save new message within given timeframe. |
| Initiate a new discussion |
Post an introductory message in the Student Lounge of tutorial lesson plan within 2 days of signing up for first course on the St. Brendan web-site. |
Learner’s guide will instruct user to introduce him/herself by posting a new message to the forum within 2 days of signing up for the St. Brendan course. The system will lockdown all areas except tutorial area and student lounge until student completes this task. |

An online lesson quiz will prompt student to find an existing message and click appropriate link and add and save new message within given timeframe. |
| Join an existing discussion |
Respond to an existing discussion on the St. Brendan web-site within 2 days completing first lesson plan. |
End of Lesson quiz will instruct student to visit Student Lounge and post summary of materials learned from the just completed lesson plan, locking out subsequent lessons until this task is completed. |
